Life Is Good~

farmington sunset2

Sometimes life is so full of everything else that we forget that there is something called the internet.
My days have been filled with babies, parents, family and puppies and kitties. Yard work is endless here in Western Kentucky…and that is a very good thing. Sitting and watching the sunrise, to relaxing and taking in the sunset after a long day. Life is good.
Western Kentucky is beautiful. So if I have been absent from the cyber-world it is not that I haven’t appreciated every single comment and like, it is simply because nowadays there are just not enough hours in a day to do all the things I love to do.
I thought I would just stop in and post one of our beautiful sunsets and share it with you all…
Once again thank you for sharing all your beautiful and creative work and for checking my out.

Here We Go Again~

another storm

You’ll have to pardon
me if the last storm
Didn’t catch me by surprise
It seems to be common here:
Without notice, or warning
Just out of know where –
those damn
churning
blue, then Green
clouds in my horizon
A magnificent show
You know, tossing forth
From one cloud pillow to the next
again
Bursting towards
Edward Munch for real
victim and innocence, no meaning
In one steady sweep
Just another storm
Coming down
from the North, of course, of course

Lost Lovers- Shakespeare And I

Lake Eriexxx

“Sigh no more,

ladies,

sigh no more,

Men were deceivers ever,-

One foot in sea and one on shore,

To one thing constant never.”

William Shakespeare

The Scent Of Ink

Maybe it was the scent of
the ink and not so much
the words scrawled on the
page
that turned me away
begging you to find
Another muse
To use
To vent your
Rage

Your Dreams~

Dreaming

“Throw your dreams into space like a kite,
and you do not know what it will bring back,
a new life,
a new friend,
a new love,
a new country.”

Anais Nin

Again…The Fall

dazed

Confused about
The whether
Or not
Seasons change
So does time
But I forgot

Spinning and falling
Like the leaves
From a tree
Laying on the ground
Looking up
Searching the moving clouds
For me
