Victor Hugo And I- For The Birds

“Be as a bird perched on a frail branch

that she feels bending beneath her,

still she sings away all the same,

 knowing she has wings.”

  1. I love this, Cindy………. I can spend a whole day sitting on the porch watching the birds (talking to the birds). Some might argue it’s wasting life……but I think not. These little ones knew the earth before we dared, the stars before we ever could. They are proof of love, and what can be when one is allowed to soar. 🙂 Beautiful, my friend. ~ Love, Bobbie

  2. I’m so pleased – both the photo and poem showed up in my Facebook post. I know my friends will enjoy your posts so much – and share them as well !! (I included the link – of course!)

      1. I hoped you wouldn’t mind. I think all of us ‘bloggers’ should be there for each other, and one way to do that is to get the word out there!! ; o ) (No pun intended !!)

  3. Yet another wonderful photo and accompanying poem. I loved this – it honestly lifted my spirits and this gray day!! It’s always good to remember that we can SOAR !!!!!!!!
